Giá gas chính thức tháng 1/2025

Petrolimex Gas Corporation has just announced the retail price of Petrolimex gas (including VAT) in the Hanoi market in January 2025 as follows: 12 kg household cylinder costs 460,100 VND and 48 kg industrial cylinder costs 1,840,100 VND.

Compared to December 2024, this price decreased by VND 7,200 for a 12kg cylinder and VND 29,100 for a 48kg cylinder.

According to Petrolimex Gas Corporation, the reason for the gas price reduction in January 2025 is that the average world gas price (CP contract) this month reached 620 USD/ton, down 12.5 USD/ton compared to the previous month. This has led to domestic enterprises adjusting gas retail prices in line with the global price reduction trend.

The reduction in gas prices at the beginning of the year brings many practical benefits. For people, this helps reduce living expenses, especially during Tet when demand increases. At the same time, businesses are also supported to save operating costs, thereby improving business efficiency.

If you detect the smell of gas, immediately turn off the gas cylinder valve, open a window to ventilate, and do not use spark-producing devices such as lighters or electrical switches.

Choose a reputable supplier: Buy gas from authorized dealers, make sure the gas cylinder is still sealed and has the correct weight. Avoid using old or unknown gas cylinders because of the high risk of leakage.

Use the right equipment: Gas stoves should be installed in a well-ventilated area but avoid direct drafts. Make sure the stove grate fits the size of the bottom of the pot to avoid dangerous flame spread.

Turn off the gas after use: After cooking, close the gas valve and turn off the stove carefully. This helps to avoid gas leakage in case the line is damaged or loose.
